The results indicate that the five phase PMBLDC develops high torque with low power compared to a conventional three phase PMBLDC motor of same volume (D/L ratio). The experimental analysis presented in this book should be especially useful to students, researchers, engineers alike who are involved in the understanding of design process, manufacturing, and control of PMBLDC motor drive.
